Hi I am Bingshui, and currently working as a Data Scientist in Shopee, Singapore, working on credit risk modelling and fraud detection. Before that, I was a Machine Learning Engineer in JP Morgan Chase. I got my Ph.D. degree from School of Computer Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University in 2019. I was fortunate to work with Prof. Yew Soon Ong and Dr. Abhishek Gupta during my Ph.D. study. I received B.Eng in Electronic Engineering and Information Science from University of Science and Technology of China in 2014.

I am interested in machine learning, deep learning, evolutionary computation and Gaussian processes.
